Shopping with us
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your items, quantities, delivery address and order total before submitting your order. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not confirm that your order has shipped.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable, an order needs clarification or a material listing error affects your purchase. We will explain the available options before making a substitution or charging you a different price. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will arrange any refund due.
Prices and order limits
All prices and checkout amounts are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, discounts and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future orders.
Orders are limited to five units of each product and twenty units in total. Different variations of the same product count toward that product’s limit, and repeated additions to the cart count toward the same limits. A lower limit may apply when available stock is lower.
Delivery requires a merchandise subtotal of at least US$75 after discounts and before taxes. Eligible orders receive free shipping. Delivery is currently unavailable for orders below this threshold. See our Shipping Policy for destination restrictions and delivery information.
Product information and use
Use products as directed on their packaging and review the ingredient information supplied with each product. Product descriptions do not replace the directions and precautions on the packaging. If you need additional product information before ordering, contact us. Individual experiences with skincare products can vary.
Sanctions and restricted destinations
We do not accept orders, provide products or services, or process transactions where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions. This includes prohibited transactions involving sanctioned persons or entities, entities treated as blocked under applicable ownership rules, restricted destinations or prohibited end uses.
Our store also maintains its own restricted delivery destinations, listed in the Shipping Policy. These are merchant delivery restrictions and may be broader than legal sanctions requirements. Inclusion on our delivery restriction list does not mean that every transaction involving that country or territory is prohibited by law.
You must not use false order information, freight forwarding, an intermediary or a different delivery address to circumvent our destination restrictions or applicable law. You must not purchase on behalf of a person or entity where the transaction is prohibited or arrange a prohibited onward shipment or transfer.
We may request information needed to review an order and may decline, suspend or cancel an order when necessary to meet applicable requirements or our published delivery restrictions. Any handling or return of payment is subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us promptly with your order number. Whether we can make the requested change depends on the order’s fulfillment status. Once an order has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy explains the next steps.
You may request a return of eligible unopened, unused items within thirty days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately, as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse, contact us or place an order. A checkout acknowledgement of that policy does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the store for unlawful activity. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure if you create an account.
Updates and contact
