Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of what you need. For a damaged or incorrect item, photos of the product and packaging can help us review the issue. Please do not email full payment-card details or account passwords.
Before you order
Contact us if you need more product information or have a question about delivery to your address. We offer free worldwide shipping to eligible destinations on orders of US$75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Delivery is currently unavailable below that minimum.
Returns and privacy requests
To request a return, email us within thirty days of delivery for eligible unopened, unused items. We will provide the return instructions and appropriate return address. For a privacy request, describe the information or account your request concerns.
