Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of what you need. For a damaged or incorrect item, photos of the product and packaging can help us review the issue. Please do not email full payment-card details or account passwords.
Before you order
Contact us if you need more product information or have a question about delivery to your address. We offer free worldwide shipping to eligible destinations on orders of US$75 (or £56.25 when paying in GBP) or more after discounts and before taxes. Delivery is currently unavailable below that minimum.
Returns and privacy requests
To request a return, email us within thirty days of delivery for eligible unopened, unused items. We will provide the return instructions and appropriate return address. This voluntary policy is additional to statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
